Tiny Homes - Village Cluster

A small 25m² dwelling for two people consisting of a kitchen, rest area, bedroom, storage with hand basin, and bathroom. The structure is a 2.4m structural frame with infill insulated timber sandwich panels; this allows for flexibility of wall openings. The cladding is brick on a vented cavity with a high fire rating for bushfire prone areas. Steel windows and weather protection frames create covered access areas.

The building can sit alone or be added to an existing residence or clustered in small groups with shared courtyard spaces and infrastructure while maintaining private, individual spaces. There are many small cluster arrangements based on the relationship between the groups and the landscape.
